Beach was very nice could be a little crowded but if you got down early no problem. Parking lot was close and very easily accessible to unit to keep from having to carry sandy stuff to room every night. We have a great time!!! Would definitely recommend. Great huge balcony also, was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the view.

We were in Panama City beach for a dance competition. PCB is not my top choice for a beach vacation as it is very crowded, but since we had to be here this condo was great. Plenty of room. Sleeps 8 comfortably. They creatively made a closet into two bunk beds which were very comfortable. The balcony is very large and perfect for dinners , happy hours and sunset watching. Check in and check out perfect.
Only complaint is the elevator is slow. So, this room is perfect in that it is only on second floor .
It is only about half mile walk south on the beach to the state park and no people. We did morning runs in the state park.
We had friends that stayed more toward the center of the strip and they hated every moment. Super crowded beach, and a lot of traffIc.
If you like busy beaches this is perfect for you.

I have to admit, I was a little skeptical of this property at first since it didn't have any reviews. But!!! I was soooo very right to give the owner and property a chance. The owner was so very nice from the beginning I couldn't have asked for anything more from her. She was so very pleasant to talk to, informative, and helpful. And second the condo was everything the listing stated and more. It was very clean, well stocked with linens, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and cleaning tools. Tastefully decorated and convenient to stores, restaurants, St. Andrews State Park, boat rides and rentals, Sea Dragon Pirate Cruise and more. The balcony was huge with seating for 6, and the oceanfront view was absolutely Beautiful! We chose the 2nd floor unit because it was pet-friendly and convenient to walk the dog down the stairs if necessary. Yes, you would think it would be noisy, but it isn't, only if you're outside on the balcony. The balcony doors are almost soundproof, which was great. The free beach service was really nice as well. I could go on and on about the owner and the unit, but I'll just say that I and my family were equally pleased with the choice, and we hope to return and stay in this same, or another unit with this owner. Thanks so much! It was GREAT!!!!

Treasure Island Resort located on the East End of Thomas Drive is one of the best resorts on Panama City Beach, Florida. This condo is conveniently located on the 7th floor with great views of the sugar white sandy beach and tropical fun pool deck from your private oversized balcony. This condo comes with beach service which includes 2 beach chairs and umbrella, absolutely free to you!
The condo is decorated with a beachy comfort feel. The condo is fully furnished and ready for enjoyment and relaxation. The condo has a new living room recliner sofa and 2 swivel recliners. The condo comes with a king bed in the master & guest bedrooms and twin over twin bunks in the main living area. The master bedroom has a king bed and faces the gulf with sliding glass door access to the balcony. Linens and towels are provided. Full kitchen with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, bakeware, and appliances are provided. This condo has breakfast bar, dining area, living area, and 2 full bathrooms.
Treasure Island has a fitness center and Liza's Munches on the pool deck for your convenience. Each condo comes with a personal numbered parking space.
Treasure Island Resort is located on the east end of the beach, walking distance to St. Andrews State Park. Great restaurants like Captain Andersons, Andy's Flour Power, J Michael's, and Scampy's are very close for your dining pleasure. As the locals know, Schooners, and Patches Pub and Grill (both are walking distance) will offer great food, drinks, fun, and music.
The Treasure Island front office charges a $20 one time registration fee per condo upon arrival for parking passes and pool bands.
All weekly rates are all inclusive of cleaning, taxes, etc. Nightly rates will incur additional fees, as well as 12% sales & bed tax.
TREASURE ISLAND PET POLICY:
Only 1 dog less than 30.1 lbs per condo will be allowed. The front office will charge a non refundable $250 pet registration fee upon arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE WILL BE MADE, PLEASE DO NOT ASK. These charges are their charges and are not ours and are not included in our fees.
