We were very lucky to find Mark and Cathy 4 years ago to rent their beautiful condo for our winter stay in PCB. Very clean, well maintained and many items updated frequently. Cathy and Mark are wonderful condo owners and attend to any requests or issues that might arise. The condo is located close to restaurants, grocery stores, state park and farmers market. Walk from the patio to the deck and steps from the beach. The first floor location is the best. We highly recommend renting from Mark and Cathy!

Everything was great .The only thing that would benefit us more is if we had two twin beds in extra bedroom. Otherwise everything was very very clean and Mark was super.

One of 3 units side by side. Each unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedrooms have king beds and the guest bedrooms have queen beds. All bedrooms have LED/LCD TV's in them. Each unit also, has bunk beds.
Each unit is decorated in beach décor to give you the fun, relaxing vacation you want and deserve! You are just steps away from the white sugar sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Our units are pet friendly.
