Treasure Island 109 - 2 BR w/ King Beds, Panama City Beach , Florida Vacation Rental by Owner

This Gulf-Front Ground Floor 2 bedroom plus twin over twin bunk area condo is located in the Treasure Island Resort near the Curve of Thomas Drive. Enjoy the conveinance of walking directly from your reserved parking spot to the front door in under 30 seconds. No waiting on an elevator or taking any stairs. From your patio, you have direct access to the pool deck/beach access. No using public restrooms, easy access to check on napping children, and no elevators when escaping the occassional Florida aftrenoon thundershower.Treasure Island Resort is located near all of the great local restaurants on Thomas Drive such as Captain Anderson's, Triple J's Steakhouse, Beau's PCB, Jesse's Place, Christo's, & Schooners, just to name a few. St. Andrew's State Park & the Shell Island Ferry Service is within walking distance. Resort amenities include a large lagoon pool, hot tub, exercise room, seasonal Tiki Bar, and beach service. This condo includes complementary seasonal beach service for your stay and 5 star cleaning prior to your arrival. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, Treasure Island 109 is only avalable for Saturday to Saturday stays. Other times a 3 or 4 night minimum may be required.

Treasure Island Resort charges a $20 registration fee for each rental.

Parking: Each rental comes with 1 reserved parking space and 1 scramble parking space. 3rd vehicle or more is $100 each. If you have a need to bring more than 2 vehicles, contact me for affordable solutions. Trailers are limited to flatbed or enclosed trailer with a maximum of 16' length and are $100 also. No boat/watercraft or trailers for boats/watercraft allowed. 

Treasure Island HOA Pet Policy & Treasure Island 109 Pet Policy: Treasure Island is small dog friendly and the Treasure Island HOA Rules only allows 1 small dog weighing 30 Lbs or less. Treasure Island HOA will charge a $250 pet registration fee.
