Create wonderful seafood feasts in the fully stocked kitchen if you like to or enjoy the many restaurants that are in the area.
This 2 bedroom/ 2bath unit offers a king bed in the Master and private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and access to the hall bath. There are flat screen TVs in each bedroom and large flat screen in the living room. The condo has almost 1,100 square feet with nine-foot ceilings, crown molding, and granite countertops in the kitchen. Full size washer and dryer located in laundry room right inside front door.
Condo has 1 assigned covered parking space just a few steps from the elevator. Up to 2 passes per rental is allowed. Second car must use open air spaces. Carts are located next to the elevators for unloading your luggage and groceries.
Complex has indoor/outdoor pool (heated in colder months) with indoor/outdoor hot tubs. Grilling area is located by pool area. Other amenities include steam room, sauna, and fitness center with state of the art equipment. All of these amenities are located on the 3rd floor.
Pier 33 store is across the street from the complex and offers many items such as snacks, beverages and paper products as well as souvenirs.
No Smoking/ No Pets/ must be 25 years of age to rent and be staying in condo the entire rental period.
DIRECTIONS: From Interstate 10, take Highway 59 south. When you reach the beach, turn right on Highway 182 (West Beach Boulevard). Island Royale is approximately three-fourths of a mile on the left, just across the street from Ike's Beach Rental Service.
