This unit was unbelievable! So beautifully decorated, with fully stocked kitchen. We had four kids, 8 and under, so proximity to pool and beach access made life easier! One suggestion: utilize the beautiful atrium area with possibly indoor kids play area, movie rental kiosk, maybe even a pizza/hamburger kiosk. We LOVE Blue Mountain Beach and this vacation rental was amazing!

We loved the close access to the pool and the beach. The condo had everything we needed and the furnishings were very nice. Would definitely stay here again!!

Everything about the property is perfect! The unit itself is tastefully decorated, abundantly equipped, clean, and comfortable! The owners made great use of ever square inch. We were 2 large families staying together and it never felt small or crowded. The proximity to Destin and Seaside couldn’t be better....just far enough away to avoid the crowds, yet close enough to jet into town for a bit. The proximity to the beach couldn’t be beat! Nice, large patio right off the pool (but was never noisy.....in fact, we never heard anything from outside while in the unit), and then the private beach is just down the steps from the pool. Paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs and umbrellas were available to rent. The beach an pool would fill up during the day but it never felt crowded, never more than 20 people on the beach and 10 around the pool. I always try to order feedback on ways to improve but couldn’t come up with anything - it was that great! Maybe buckets and a net or sand toys would be a nice addition for the kids? The owners did an amazing job with the remodel - beds and bedding were heavenly, furniture was clean and comfy!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location by the pool could not be beat. The beach was not overcrowded and you can rent chairs, umbrellas, and paddle boards. The unit was clean but like another reviewer said the upholstery on the dining chairs and couches needs to be professionally cleaned. We would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect! My parents are in their 80s and my mom doesn't walk well. This corner unit is literally by the pool area. There are 4 or 5 steps up from the covered patio area of the unit to get to the pool. To get to the beach from the pool area is a total of 25 steps. Compared to many places, this is really a short walk.
The sofas in the living space are good in the fact that they provide a lot of seating but they are old and need cleaning. The guest room with the window next to the atrium has no type of blackout shade and at night the room felt like the sun was coming up. If you like a dark room for sleeping, take a sleep mask. These negatives did not ruin the trip for us but when you spend this kind of money...Also, the lighting in that room was super dim. If kids are staying in there, they wouldn't even notice. Again, we could not have had a better location for us.

In addition to all these interior renovations, the building has undergone it's own updates that include: new elevators, new interior paint, flooring, and furniture in the atrium.
If you like convenience, this is the unit for you...This is a ground floor, beachfront, corner unit that is directly off the pool/hot tub deck. Enjoy the ease of not having to take an elevator up to your unit or lug your beach items all over the building. This floor plan is open and spacious. The Kitchen/Dining/Living Area is the perfect place for entertaining and gathering for family vacations with plenty of seating. Windows in the Dining and Living Area allow for great natural light. Access the large balcony through the sliding glass doors from the living area and the master bedroom.
The master bedroom is very spacious and separated from the other bedrooms. It boasts a king bed, it's own full bath with two vanities, shower and large tub and balcony access.
The two guests suites both have king beds with their own adjoining full bathrooms. This unit is also one of the few that has a separate bunkroom with plenty of storage located off the main entry hall which sleeps 4 and contains 2 televisions- 1 of which is for gaming. Bring your gaming console and be ready to have fun!
Blue Lupine #111 (formerly the Inn at Blue Mountain Beach or known as Blue Mountain Beach Condo) is the perfect spot to get away from it all. Located on Scenic Highway 30-A in South Walton County, Florida, it's minutes from the Fort Walton and Panama City Beach Airports but worlds away from the crowds. Highway 30A is a two-lane road that hugs the coastline of one of the world's most beautiful white sand beaches. Blue Lupine is tucked along 30A between Destin and Panama City Beach (20-25 min to each), 15 minutes from Sandestin, 5 minutes from Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach. Zoned residential, there are no hotels or high-density developments. There is an 8-mile bike path, a state park, many top-notch local restaurants, art galleries, boutiques, gourmet food and wine stores and a Publix supermarket just a few miles away.
On site is an equipped fitness room, which has 3 treadmills, 2 bikes, 2 cross-trainers/ellipticals, weight machines and free weights. There are 2 conference rooms and high speed wireless internet access throughout the building. A community barbecue area with 2 new gas grills and seating are also located on the property for guests use. The pool and hot tub are gated and overlook the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and also require keypad gated access for privacy. Nestled between the 2 gated non-rental housing communities, we enjoy a very private and quiet beach. During high season, there is security on site most nights of the week. There is also high speed wireless internet, covered parking for one vehicle with outside parking for additional vehicles and gated access. All 48 units in the 4 story building open into a 50 ft high tropical atrium with interior plants, large skylight, with sofas and chairs throughout. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available in high season. Bike rentals are also available right around the corner.
We are situated within 5 miles west of Seaside and Watercolor and minutes from Grayton Beach- and every year our beaches are on the list of Top Beaches in the USA. A large designer outlet shopping mall is only 15 minutes away. We are about 25 miles west of Panama City and 20 miles east of Destin.
