Welcome to Blue Retreat, where you will find the comforts of home perfectly blended with the charm of our beachy lifestyle. Conveniently located near a local favorite Camp Helen State Park, enjoy hiking trails, paddleboarding, or time at the beach! Enjoy the natural beauty our area has to offer from the sugar white beaches to the lovely and serene hiking spots. Don't forget to also visit the many spectacular restaurants and shops nearby!

Arrival: Checking in is always easy; simply enter your personal door code into our high security lock on the front door and vacation begins!

Main living area: Come on in and begin enjoying this lovely home! You will find plenty of seating around the large flatscreen TV in the living room, ample space to cook and create memories in the kitchen. There are 6 seats at the dinner table and 2 seats at the breakfast bar. You will find that our kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dinnerware. There is a half bath in the main living area for your convenience. On the second floor, you will find our full size washer and dryer in the hall closet with convenient shelving for folded linen and laundry. Step out of the back door on the first floor and you will find a quaint seating area and a grill. The back yard features an outdoor sofa, reclining lounge chairs and a coffee table. Sit back and enjoy the serene views of Camp Helen Park.

Rest: Once the day is done, retire to any of our comfortable bedrooms. The master suite features a king size bed, a large Smart TV, a generous closet, private balcony with seating and a private bathroom with a huge walk-in shower and his and her vanities/sinks. The first guest bedroom is located at the top of the stairs and has a queen murphy bed, a smart TV and a closet. The second guest bedroom is similarly appointed but has a regular queen bed. There is a full bathroom in the hallway with a tub/shower combo.

Play: There is so much to do for families and friends alike! Hop into our 6 seat golf cart and explore our charming area! Our neighborhood pool is great option for an easy carefree afternoon in the sun with the kiddos, or head on down to the beach and enjoy the sugar white beaches of the Emerald Coast. Our home backs up to Camp Helen so there are many trails to enjoy at your convenience. Evenings are best spent exploring the shops and entertainment spots in this area or sampling the many great local dining experiences.

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that a $500 refundable security deposit, copy of drivers licenses, and proof of insurance must be received per cart prior to your arrival.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial pack is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are given if your reservation is cancelled more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, less a $250 cancellation fee. There is no refund if the reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the arrival date. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Our Clean Initiative: Sheets, towels and blankets are professionally laundered between each reservation using SANIX by UNX which is an EPA registered product that disinfects, cleans and deodorizes. Our laundry service follows a cross contamination prevention strategy in accordance with CDC guidelines. In addition to our standard high-level clean between each reservation, we utilize Clorox wipes on all hard surfaces and use Lysol Disinfectant spray for fabric surfaces.
