The home's large front porch offers an inviting entrance to the main living area boasting architectural details including a white vaulted exposed-beam ceiling and beadboard walls in the living and dining rooms with antique pine floors throughout. The very spacious living room/dining room combination is ideal for entertaining or enjoying a relaxing day at home. Enjoy the gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, marble counters and ample space for preparing meals. A ground-floor master bedroom opens to the home's rear screened porch with bed swing for afternoon naps. Filled with warm tones, the master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, flat screen TV, and private access to the bathroom with double vanity. The second large first level bedroom utilized as an additional master bedroom option is furnished with a king bed, wall mounted television, and private bathroom. Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms, which share a bathroom between the two rooms and a unique balcony overlooking the main living area. The third bedroom is spaciously designed with king bed and ample closet space. Finishing out the second level, the final bedroom is ideally furnished with a queen bed, and with a pair of twin beds both with additional pullout beds below (trundles) with wall mounted TV.Outside you will find a new private pool with 10 jets, 6 Seater GEM cart, four high-end Yolo bikes, propane grill, shower, and oversized covered parking. We also have 8 backpack beach chairs and umbrellas that you are welcome to use if done with care.

*Pool heating is available October 1st through May 1st for an additional fee of $25 per day. Pool will be heated no more than 90 degrees unless other arrangements are made in advance.
