Our spacious 6-bedroom/5-bathroom home offers luxury furnishings and amazing views of the Gulf! 
* The outdoor patio offers comfortable seating, a complimentary gas grill, and the sounds of the surf in the background. 
* In the evening, relax on one of the two upper balconies with sweeping views of the coastline. In the morning lounge poolside at the community pool only ONE door down!

BEDROOMS: All bedrooms have brand new bedding and TVs. Each bathroom includes new bath linens, travel-size amenities, and hair dryers
* 4 King Bedrooms - All located on the second floor, each with their own private bathroom. The main master bedroom upstairs has a private balcony with sunrise views of the Gulf of Mexico!
* 1 Queen Bedroom - Located on the first floor. This room has TWO QUEEN BEDS and shares a full bathroom located in the hallway.
* 1 Bunk Room - Also located on the first floor, this room is furnished with TWO SETS of TRIPLE BUNK BEDS to easily accommodate up to 10 of your smaller group members.

LOWER LEVEL:
As you walk into the wide foyer, a hallway to the right will take you to the two first-floor bedrooms (a double Queen Bedroom and a 6-bed Bunk Room).

Walk straight from the foyer and you'll find the spacious dining room, which sits between the main family room and the fully-stocked gourmet kitchen!  This area is furnished with one large 8-person dining table, a second 4-person dining table, and a breakfast bar that seats 2

The DINING AREA leads out to a large outdoor patio where you'll find a table, comfortable seating, a complimentary gas grill, and the sounds of the surf in the background!

The KITCHEN is fully-stocked for preparing meals, with a wide range of small appliances and cooking utensils. (Please note: We do not store perishables on-site. ) Here you'll find ample cabinet and counter space, stainless-steel appliances, and two ice-makers.

The LIVING AREA is furnished with comfortable seating and large-screen TV...the perfect place to gather for games or movie night. 

Our garage has been redesigned as a family-friendly GAME ROOM. We've added a ping pong table, foosball table, Pop-a-Shot basketball arcade, and a four-seat pub table, the perfect place to cheer on the players or enjoy a quick game of Connect Four.
In the GAME ROOM you'll also find a full-size second refrigerator - perfect for storing extra supplies for your group! We've also provided a beach wagon, rolling cooler, and four beach chairs for your day at the beach.

UPPER LEVEL:
The main master suite is located on the south side of the house and is the perfect place to retreat after a day on the beach. The large bathroom has a double vanity, soaker tub, walk-in shower, and private balcony. This private balcony offers a table and two chairs, with amazing views of the gulf.

Outside the main master suite is a large landing with a dry bar featuring games and books for your family's enjoyment. From this area, head out onto the spacious covered balcony facing southwest.  Here you'll find ample seating, ceiling fans, and amazing views of the sunset! (Our guests tell us this is their favorite place to hang out!)

This floor also includes three more KING Ensuite Bedrooms and a laundry room.
