With a two minute walk to the beach & Pompano Joe’s, and less than a mile to Alvins Island Surf Shop, ice cream and coffee, you can’t beat this location! Highway 98 is easily accessible to get to the harbor for water sports and Bay Town Wharf for lots of land fun (shopping, restaurants, golf, arcade, zip line, ropes course, etc). Bill was responsive to all of our questions before our trip and super accommodating to our needs throughout or stay. The kitchen has everything you need to make all of your meals at home, there are a few public charcoal grills outside and Bill had everything we would need for a day at the beach (towels, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, inflatables for pool or beach, caddy/cart, cooler(s)-one small & medium sized) ready for our use which meant less packing!
The outdoor pool is spacious and rarely crowded.
Overall, we were extremely pleased with this rental and will definitely be back!

Overall, the stay was very pleasant. We really enjoyed the house and the amenities that were provided. It's very close to the beach so we really enjoyed that. My friends and I had a really great time staying here!
