1 parking pass is included per reservation. Each vehicle is required to have a parking pass. Additional passes are availble ahead of time for $20 each. When available an early check in guarantee (or late check out) can be arranged for an additional $50 fee. The cleaning fee is a set amount and is what we get charged by the clearners. This is the actual cost and not an inflated rate. We pay our cleaners a living wage.
