Absolutely perfect get away! From the very first encounter with Ashley (the owner), I could tell she certainly takes pride in her vacation rentals. The condo was clean, and tastefully decorated, the condo looked just like it was pictured and described on the website. Additionally, the welcoming gift was a special touch! We had a fabulous time celebrating my 50th, and I must say Ashley truly went above and beyond…she even sent me a birthday box of sweets delivered to the condo during our stay. Ashley was easy to communicate with throughout the whole rental process. We would definitely rent again in the future if in the area. Thank you again for this memorable trip!

Just steps from the beach! The owner contacted us to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo has everything you need including extra small blankets in the family room based on a previous review. Perfect for a couple or small family. Covered parking for loading the car when it was pouring rain. Great vacation!!!

A perfect vacation! This condo has every amenity that you would want....a very well stocked condo especially the kitchen! Starter supply of coffee is so nice, beach chairs, umbrella, soft blankets in sitting area, beach towels, etc. It is very quiet in a great location. We have stayed here twice.

Our little family had the best time! The room was very nice and a perfect fit for our family. The property was also super family friendly and pet friendly, which was great for us! The only downfall is the pool was closed. We will most definitely be back!

It's a clean, comfortable condo in an oceanfront building. This unit is on the middle level (parking is on ground level, with three levels of units above). Our three kids stayed in the second bedroom, and the trundle bed came in handy. The Nest thermostat was easy to use. The refrigerator had a water/ice dispenser in the door, so we did not need to buy bottled water for our trip. In-home wi-fi was convenient. The in-unit laundry machines were useful.

This property has been nicely done. Had everything we needed except an extra blanket. We just like a couch throw---but we brought a few of our own. Seriously it was perfect steps away from the beach. Stairs or elevator for running back in, carts to use to help carry luggage, groceries etc to condo. Easy door access system; nice updated bathrooms. Mexico Beach is rebuilding and it looks great. Still has a local beach feel which is why we like the area. My favorite place was the porch with the great "book reading chairs". Would stay here again! thanks

Great trip. Description is accurate. Condo is new and clean. Walk to the beach is about 1 min. Beach is beautiful. The mattresses and couch are very comfortable. (The only thing that was a little off- the chairs at the kitchen counter are not the right height— They are not usable to sit on and eat. However, their are 4 chairs at the kitchen table that do the job.)

Being right there on the Gulf, which was only a few steps away was awesome. Communicating with Ashley was so easy and she was right there if we had a question. We loved being able to walk up the street from the condo to buy fresh seafood daily, and just a little walk down the street for ice cream in the evening. Our whole stay at Vacation Bliss was perfect.

We loved our stay at Mexico Beach Bliss! Very comfortable and well appointed condo on a nice stretch of the beach. The owner Ashley is easy to work with and very responsive. I highly recommend the Mexico Beach property as well as Ashley's Cape San Blas home Don't Worry Beach Happy, where we stayed in January. Next on our list is Island Bliss on St. George Island, hopefully later this year. Check out any or all and enjoy!

Ashley's condo was a very relaxing and lovely place to spend a month out of the northern cold. I literally never put shoes on to make the trip to the beach. Down the steps, across the garage and out to the sand! The condo had everything we needed. Two very comfy beds and all the kitchen supplies. We brought most of our own food to cook in the great little kitchen. You can see the gulf from the balcony and it was great to have a private space. The elevator was a great help for my elderly mom and for bringing up groceries and luggage. Ashley was very prompt in addressing issues with the tv and internet. Not her fault on either issue. She even sent a handyman. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and reserved for next year. Walking distance to the general store, shell shack and visitor center. Couple miles to Gulf Cty and dog beaches. Thanks, Ashley!

This condo building is beach front, steps from the sand! The condo is on the second floor so the view is great! The kitchen has everything you would need to stay in and cook. The king bed in the master was wonderful. The guest room has a double with a trundle under, providing more sleep space. Was very clean and comfy. There are 2 beach chairs provided as well as beach towels. Initial supply of paper products and dish/laundry soaps were there. The owner is very prompt to reply if you need anything. We loved how close this was to the beach. Cons: this was on the second floor, therefore we could hear the people above us. The elevator was also out while there. Although this was a nuisance, this is nothing the owner of the condo could help.

First, I cannot speak highly enough of the host of this property. Our stay coincided with a tropical storm and Ashley was in constant communication with us regarding weather updates, potential road closures, and safe travel times. She was understanding, flexible, and so easy to communicate with regarding our stay. Never had to wait more than a couple minutes to hear back from her! First time at Mexico Beach bc normally we stay in Seagrove at OneSeaGrovePlace (which is also on the beach) or Destin and this condo was by far, the closest to the beach I've ever stayed. So easy going to and from the beach during the day with our 3 year old. No long walks through parking lot, across streets, or on a boardwalk. Steps to the sand. This condo was spotless. I normally bring my own cleaning supplies to go over tubs and counters (knowing they had already been cleaned but still!) and I didn't even do that at this condo. Ashley even has a little notebook about what to expect during your stay, recommendations on places to eat and things to do. Super helpful! Neighborhood is quiet, no loud bars, no party scene -perfect for families with small children as long as they are ok spending the day at the beach. We weren't looking to stay near a lot of activities so this worked really well for us. Only downside was the pool was not finished but we were aware of that prior to our booking our stay so it was fine. We truly enjoyed our stay here!

The condo was perfect and had everything we needed! The only complaint, which is not the owners of the condos fault, is the elevator was not working and carrying everything up and down the stairs was a lot. Mexico Beach is a quiet coastal town with extremely nice laid back locals. If you are looking to simply relax and get away from the hustle and bustle… this is your place! Overall GREAT trip and would totally book again. Downfall - (again out of the owners control- but worth the mention)they were dredging the water way nearby and the water was so dirty and not great the entire time we were there. The last time we stayed at Mexico beach the water was beautiful and clear. If there is anyway to find out if this is happening before you go, I would recommend it!

I grew up coming to MB and hadn't been since Michael. Ashley's place is wonderful and we highly recommend. Only a few steps from the uncrowded beach, its the perfect place for your family to unwind and enjoy being alive. This is a great condo for a family. I really enjoyed the location since the beach was only a few steps away. The condo had an elevator but the stairs were not bad at all. My children and I took the stairs most of the time. Thats how easy it was! It was very clean and really had everything. For instance, it had lots of indoor games. Nice porch with plenty of chairs. Lots of towels to use. They also had Netflix on the tv. A nice kitchen. The only thing I would have to say I wish it had was a cutting board. The pool was not open at the time, but it didnt bother us much at all. The townspeople were very friendly. Also not very crowded at all!! The bigger cities would be overfilled with people I think and this was very quaint. Smaller community but lots of perks about it. The vacation was enjoyable.

We ventured to Mexico Beach for the first time. It is such a small, quaint town. The beach outside this condo is wide and sparsely populated. The area is still under construction, which is understandable. The condo had everything we needed. It’s only a few steps from the beach. We drove into Port St. Jo and to Cape San Blas. Both are short drives and each are definitely worth a day trip. We will be back for sure.

Mexico Beach Oceanfront Condo
Welcome to Mexico Beach Bliss! Mexico Beach Bliss is in the newly renovated oceanfront Surfside building which sits right on the white sand beaches of Mexico Beach. No streets to cross or long walks to the beach! You will truly enjoy the ocean views from our expansive third floor balcony while enjoying your morning coffee or feeling the ocean breeze (our unit is ocean view on the west side of the building, not direct oceanfront). We sleep four comfortably with extra sleeping space on the sleeper sofa for two additional guests for a total of six. We have two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which consist of a King bed in the master bedroom and a double daybed in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. All rooms have memory foam mattresses and flat screen TV's.
We have a fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances to cook all of your meals or prepare your favorite beverage.
After a long day at the beach, enjoy a dip in the complex's splash pool! An elevator is also available if you would rather not take the stairs.
Mexico Beach Bliss is in walking distance to Mango Marley's, Shell Shack, Crazy Beach Pizza, Caribbean Coffee, and Mexico Beach Sweets.
Mexico Beach Bliss is unique in that it is about 1/8 mile from Hwy 98 at the end of the street in the Surfside complex, right on the sand; unlike many homes/condos in Mexico Beach that sit directly on Hwy 98.
