AVAILABILITY/SELF-BOOKING RULES (make sure you check all the condos!):
we do not force weekly but that means I have to align bookings on my calendar.
1) PEAK SEASON - From Early March to mid-April and mid-May thru Labor Day, DO NOT leave a vacant night between guests - OR you must leave 3 nights or longer since we have a 3-nt minimum. So if you only want 3 nights but it’s a 4-nt gap pinned in on both sides, you must book all 4 nights. Late August is more flexible so just shoot me an email.
2) SHOULDER SEASONS - From mid-April to Mid-May and after Labor Day til late October, you may leave a 1-nt gap MAX unless you check with me first. So if there is a 6-nt gap, you may book 5 of those nights.
3) OFF-SEASON: includes NOV, DEC, JAN, FEB, we are much more flexible but some (not all) of my condos will require monthly stays during JAN & FEB.

And then make sure you view ALL of my properties in this building to check for your dates, I have four in this building, #1605, #1203, #1405, #1705 - all same size and layout, same bedroom configuration, only minor decor differences!
