This unique property offers your family or travel group space for 16 guests and feels like a private resort! Centered around a private pool which may be heated ($210/week or $40/day), 3 by the Sea features THREE KING SUITES, each with ensuite bathrooms, as well as a double queen bedroom, a bunk room and an additional queen bedroom. Enjoy spectacular views from the rooftop observation area, which is also delightful spot for sunset cocktails!



This multi-level, sprawling home has several living areas and plenty of space for everyone to find their own spot. Several bedrooms at 3 by the Sea are located on the ground floor level, so guests who prefer not to deal with stairs will have their pick!



We recommend guests use the virtual tour option in the photo gallery to navigate through the home’s various areas, and also consult the floor plans, which are toward the end of all the photos.



BEACH ACCESS: 3 by the Sea is just 4 houses away from the beach! Have your toes in the white sandy beaches in less than 3 minutes! Gardenia Beach access is the closest but there are several other public beach access points within a very quick walk.



PARKING: This property can accommodate parking for 3 total vehicles. Please note there is no additional street parking available in this community, so please plan to limit the number of vehicles in your group.

RESERVATION / BOOKING POLICY:

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking

Deposits are fully refundable minus a 10% cancelation fee of the total rent if cancelations are made at least 61 days prior to check in. There are no refunds with less than 61 days prior to check in.

*** Additionally, any optional trip insurance purchased through Paradise Beach Rentals website at time of booking or through company agents is NOT refundable after it binds. That additional Trip Insurance premium binds after 14 days and would NOT be refundable 14 days after it has been added to the reservation.

Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date

The private pool can heated during cool months for $210/week or $40 per day (3 day minimum)

Security deposits are due via credit card, 7 days prior to check-in and will be returned within 7-14 days from the date of departure and after verification with Paradise Beach Rentals that there are no additional charges due to damage, lost/damaged linens, or excessive cleaning. Security Deposit is $500.00
