This community offers 2 swimming pools, the first is the Gulf front pool that is about 2 minute walk from the townhome and the other is located in the middle of the community next to the 2 tennis courts.
The first floor is the main living area with a half bath, plenty of room for everyone at the kitchen table and the couch. Great views from the Gulf front deck! There are 2 bedrooms on each floor each with their own attached bathroom. The first bedroom is a Gulf front room with a queen bedroom and private deck, down the hallway you will find the laundry room and second bedroom that has 2 twin beds, we like to call this room the Rabbit Room! The 3rd floor has a queen Gulf front bed with a private deck, down from here you will find the king bedroom with great views of the Gulf out the windows that you can easily see from the bed!
