With two large decks overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, Salinas Sunrise will not disappoint in catching the most breathtaking views the Forgotten Coast has to offer. This is the ideal home for large families and offers two living areas to relax and visit. Just steps from miles of untouched natural white sand beaches and Salinas Park, this home is in the perfect location and is centrally located to Port St. Joe and Apalachicola. Salinas Sunrise truly captures the essence of all things coastal. As you enter the home on the 1st level, you are greeted with beautiful tile floors, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a media room with access to the back patio. The media room boasts a 60-inch smart TV, 2 leather sofas, and a KitchenAid wine cellar and mini-fridge for easy access to chilled beverages. The 1st guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a 43-inch smart TV. The 2nd guest bedroom offers 2 sets of twin bunk beds with an en-suite bath that offers a large custom tile shower and a double vanity with granite countertops. The 3rd guest bedroom is attached to the media room and offers a comfortable queen bed. The 2nd guest bath on this floor offers a shower/tub combo and a large single vanity with granite countertops.

As you go up the stairs to the 2nd level, the open concept living/kitchen/dining area greets you with large sliding doors that enter onto the covered balcony with magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico. With luxurious tile throughout, granite kitchen countertops, modern KitchenAid and Whirlpool appliances, two ovens, a fully stocked kitchen, and a large farm-style kitchen table with elegant lighting above, you have so much room to make a big family meal and kick back and relax. The living area offers a large sectional couch and a 75-inch smart TV. As you walk out onto the beautifully furnished covered balcony, there is a convenient outdoor sink that is great for cleaning your catch of the day. This floor also homes the 4th guest bedroom with a queen-size bed and a 50-inch smart TV. Right across the hall from this room is balcony access that faces St. Joseph Bay, kick back and relax with your favorite book on the porch swing and enjoy the salty air. The guest bath on this floor offers a shower/tub combo and a pedestal sink. The laundry room that offers both a washer and dryer is conveniently located on this 2nd level.

As you continue up the stairs to the 3rd level, you will find the master bedroom and en-suite bath. The bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed, a 49-inch smart TV, a sit/stand desk, a spacious walk-in closet, and private furnished balcony access. The master bath offers a custom tile shower, a garden tub with a large picture window above it, and a double vanity with granite countertops. The 5th guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a 43-inch smart TV. The guest bath has a shower/tub combo and a single vanity with granite countertops.

When you are ready to explore the secluded beach of your vacation home, load up the beach buggy and take the short walk to discover the true beauty of Cape San Blas vacations on the Gulf Coast vacation. Whether you enjoy combing the beach for shells, snorkeling, kayaking, sunbathing, surfing waves, fishing, or taking a leisurely stroll along the shoreline, you'll spend hours of fun while soaking up the sun. For the fishing enthusiast, book your family on a fishing charter day trip out on the water to catch your dinner. Salinas Park is just steps away, and you can launch kayaks and paddle boards in St. Joseph Bay, play pickleball, stroll on the nature trail or enjoy the playground or firepit. Take a bike ride or walk on the 9-mile trail ending at the St. Joseph Peninsula State Park. For an amazing experience, you can take horseback rides on the beach from Salinas Park.

When you are ready to venture out, visit nearby Port St. Joe for shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Downtown offers cute shops along Reid Avenue, many restaurants, and grocery stores. Don't forget to check out the historical Lighthouse and Sea Turtle Museum. We love our sea turtles! If you are interested in wildlife and natural beauty, plan a trip over to St. Vincent Island by ferry boat for the day. Hike around the island and explore our native wildlife and foliage. About 15 miles away is the historical fishing community of Apalachicola.

It's perfect for a day trip to do a little shopping, stroll along the Apalachicola River or grab some of the best seafood around! You won't be disappointed! There are so many options to do without crowds or traffic!

This home comes with everything you need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. We also provide an initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, bath soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener, and dishwasher detergent.

Other amenities include a water filter system on the kitchen sink, grill, outdoor shower, beach buggy, beach chairs, sand toys, and three coffee makers (espresso, drip, and Keurig).

NO RVS OR ENCLOSED TRAILERS ARE ALLOWED IN THE COMMUNITY

CANCELLATION POLICY: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of reservation cancellation. 

Reservations canceled at least 60 days before the check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before the check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments.
