Once you enter "Sandprint Castle" you will find nothing but pure luxury and relaxation with views of the incredible outdoor area and resort style private pool! There's built-in pool seating, a waterfall hot tub and a game room right off the pool deck area which makes entertaining a breeze. There's also a King Suite, Bunk alcoves and 2 full bathrooms on the first floor.

The next level accessible by stairs or the private elevator greets you with stunning finishes. The open floor plan connects the gourmet kitchen, living room and the gorgeous dining room. There are two massive King Suites on this floor. They each include ensuite bathrooms and king beds.

You will find 3 more King Suites on the third floor, one with a private balcony perfect for your morning coffee or night cap! Each are equipped with a massive shower with gorgeous finishes and a built in double vanity. The bunk room is found behind the sliding barn doors, conveniently equipped with three full over full bunk beds, private closet and ensuite bathroom. There are also twin over twin built-in bunks in the 2nd game room area.

The outdoor area of this home is perfect for entertaining. It has a pool and hot tub, built in grilling station and a flat screen TV mounted above the fireplace.
