For the initial down payment, a minimum of 1/3rd of the total is required. We accept any major credit/debit cards or can do an electronic check-by-phone. For any payment made after the down payment, we do require a check, check-by-phone or money order. Balance is due in full 60 days prior to arrival. If a booking is made within 60 days prior to arrival, payment must be made in full.

There is plenty of space for outdoor entertaining around the private 10 x15 pool which has a large pool deck; plenty of lounge chairs; and an outdoor wet bar. There is an outdoor dining space as well which features an umbrella for shade with seating for 6 guests. Additionally, there is a private half bath located in the enclosed area of the pool deck and wet bar. Upon entering the ground floor foyer, you can either take the stairs to the second floor level or walk directly through to the pool area.
On the second floor you will find a King Suite with a private bath that features a living area with a sleeper sofa couch, HD Flat-Screen TV, and access to the balcony. The private bathroom for this suite includes a walk-in shower and garden tub. The next bedroom features two full-size beds and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This room also offers access to the large second story balcony which provides spectacular Gulf of Mexico views. Access to the balcony is shared with the King Suite. The final room on this floor is a Queen Suite with a private bath and a Juliette balcony.
On the third floor is the breath-taking, open-concept living area providing plenty of gulf views and natural light. Enjoy your meals at the formal dining area which provides seating for 8 guests. There is additional seating at the breakfast table for 4 guests. The living area features a HD Flat-Screen TV, offers plenty of comfortable seating, and features a queen-size sleeper sofa. Grab some fresh air and enjoy the breeze on the balcony that leads off the kitchen, living, and dining areas. Create amazing meals in the large gourmet kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances, a gas range stove, double oven, and two dishwashers. Completing this level is the bunk room. The bunk room has 4 twin beds and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo and shared access to the balcony.
On the fourth floor is a media room which features an HD flat-screen TV, wet bar with mini-fridge, and foosball table. Down the hall is a Queen Suite. There is a shared full bath with shower/tub combo located just off the media room. Completing this level, you will find the Master King Suite which features an spacious private bathroom and a large balcony shared with the media room. This balcony offers the best views, so kick back, relax, and take it all in!

Pool Heat— From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.
Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach.
