This fully furnished,  1 Bedroom,🛏1 Bath🛁 will accommodate 6/8 people with two queen beds in the master bedroom, room for cots, cribs and playpens and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room that is overlooking the 7th fairway of the popular par three 9 hole pitch and putt golf course! â›³ï¸ðŸŒï¸‍♀️🏌️

French doors w/built in shades open from the great room to the large extended deck w/steps directly to the  golf course. 

This 43 acre property has many amenities onsite that include, 1100 private beach access, bocci ball, 6 tennis courts🎾, 5 swimming pools, (2 heated), shuffleboard, 3 hot tubs👙, a 9 hole par 3 golf course⛳️, short-term canal dockage for personal boats🚤, (reservation required) and a 5 star⭐️ restaurant, Louisiana Lagniappe, all within walking distance of the unit. We invite you and your family to grab a drink🍹 and relax on the beach ðŸ–or the canal and watch the boats go by.🛥

There is also a snack bar on the beach (Ricks Sand-trap) ðŸ¦€to grab a cold drink on those hot, ðŸ¥µsunny days( cash only) and beach service.â›±
