Starting with the screened-in patio underneath the house. Let’s talk about entertainment with a full bar with ample bar seating. There’s a gathering area with comfy furniture to enjoy each other's company. Try your luck at the ring toss game hanging from the center of the ceiling; careful, this can be pretty addicting. Keeping the fun outdoors is easy with an outdoor half bath, an outdoor shower, picnic table, and fish cleaning area. Beyond the house's footprint, you will find a wood-burning fire pit in the backyard, perfect for when the sun goes down. And if all of this is not enough, make your way up the single flight of steps to either the front or the back of the house to find two separate decks competing for the top spot. On the rear side of the home, there is a partially shaded deck with multiple loungers looking over the backyard and an additional gas fire pit. On the front side, or beachside, of the house is a second deck with great views of the beach at the road’s end, a cozy sitting area with a large shade umbrella, and a large outdoor dining table also with a shade umbrella, where the grilling happens. It is perfectly reasonable to want to spend your entire vacation in one of the several outdoor entertaining areas.

If you find it necessary to take the excitement indoors, you can’t go wrong with that decision either. With the entire living space, excluding the top floor sleeping loft, contained on one floor, getting around the house becomes easily maneuverable with assistance from the small elevator. Towards the back of the home is an ensuite bedroom that overlooks the yard and deck. There is a more private guest bedroom centrally located, and the master is on the beach side overlooking the deck and offering a beach view in the distance. The significantly sized bedroom allows a family of four to sleep comfortably in a single space. The kids will be so excited to claim their spot. Upon entering the master bath, there is a tucked-away closet with barn doors where a set of bunk beds fit perfectly, and imaginations are allowed to run free. The focal point of the entire house is the glass windows that reach from the floor to the second-story ceiling and stretch from one wall to another in the living room. The natural light, while filtered, pours in, creating a bright but not uncomfortable, happy feel. The opposite side of the room houses a TV, gas fireplace, and the spiral staircase to access the top floor sleeping loft—an open space with two twin beds, a half bath, and incredible views.
